About This Project

The office building is located in Linopetra, one of the main commercial streets of Limassol. Currently it is rented by a popular forex company which has assigned to our firm, redesigning the ground floor and mezzanine of the building. The key goals of the project were to create a better environment for the people working there, corresponding to current and future needs. The philosophy of the brand is to offer to employees, spaces where work, business and leisure are mixed up together, offering motivation for quality working time.

Identifying the problems in cooperation with the staff, our proposal aims to organise the departments and the spaces into micro spaces. The generous size of the building allowed us to introduce glass boxes where every department in need of privacy and soundproofing will have its own space. These boxes are placed among the lobby area where the double height allow to use the top of every box as a sitting/ garden area.

The rest of the ground floor develops with separating glass panels to accommodate more offices. The working areas are interrupted by the leisure spaces, the gym, video games area, pool tables and a climbing wall.

The mezzanine also develops with separating glass panels. In addition, it accommodates the large restaurant/cafeteria which communicate with the boxes’ roofs.
